I am always being stopped in public places and being asked about certain issues from the bible. Everyone will talk among themselves about certain scriptures, events to come and the various belief systems. And then they will turn and want a "preacher's" point of view. I guess they see it as their check system.

They will ask about the end time and tribulation. They will ask, "What the bible says about..." smoking, drinking, remarrying after divorce, etc... While that is important to know the one thing we have to keep in mind is the main topic of our conversations should be Jesus Christ.

1st Corinthians 2:2
"For I am determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified."

That's it. You can discuss other matters if you want but the main point of all of this is simply the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Don't get caught up today in trying to share your opinions or even bible controversy. God knows what He said when He said it and He also knows what He meant when He said it. He doesn't need our help in trying to explain His thoughts and motives. He is well aware and capable of doing that Himself.

Let's go out today and not share anything else but Jesus Christ.

"Lord, people want to talk and we all want our opinions heard but help me to understand that all I was called to do was to share Jesus."
