Prayer for Revival

Prayer:
"Lord, you know my heart today and you know I long for a personal revival. I come before you today humbling myself before you realizing that I am nothing without you. I work to please others when I need to be pleasing you. Help me to know that you are pleased with me and the work I do for you.

I pray to you now not as before in just saying church words and saying prayers of memorization but I cry to you today, pleading that you will help me experience what revival really is in an individual's life.

I am seeking your face today because I am tired of trying to work everything out on my own power. I seek the wisdom of this world and it fails me. But you never fail because you are all powerful.

I turn over my wicked ways and the sin that is in my life. I ask you as David did, 'wash me clean' from the mess ups I have created in my life.

You said in 2nd Chronicles if I were to take these steps you would hear my prayer, you would forgive my sin and you would heal my land.

I claim this today in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, AMEN!"
