John 1:46 is a proclamation we all must put on the tips of our tongue. Philip was reaching out to Nathaniel letting him know the man that Moses spoke about has been found. Of course, we know he is talking about Jesus.
The statement Nathaniel made in verse 46 is what a lot of people are asking today.
"Can any good thing come from Nazareth?"
Many are asking the same question.
Can any good thing come from me surrendering my life to Christ?
Can any thing good come from this situation I am in now?
Can any good thing come from attending church this week?
Philip had the answer that we all must take on as our response: "Come and See". Don't take my word for it that Jesus is your answer today, try Him for yourself. Don't base your answers on the fact that He has been faithful to me. Let Him prove Himself to you so you can look back on your own situations and be able to say, "If it hadn't been for God in my life..."
Need peace today? Come and see what Christ can do for you
Need financial help today? Come and see what Christ can do with your situations
Need a turn around? Come and see a man who can make all things new.
Prayer:
"Lord, help me to realize today that you are always the answer to every problem and situation that come up in my life. Help me today to point everyone I meet toward you. Not to my opinions but to the man who can change their life forever."
