It's Friday!!!! Don't you just love Friday's? It just seems that everyone is in a better mood on Fridays. But there will always be one person who wants to make your life miserable every time you get in a good mood. They just become a "stumbling block" to you enjoying your Friday.
Have you ever been someones stumbling block?
Matthew 18:7, "Woe to the world because its stumbling blocks! For it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to that man through whom the stumbling blocks comes!
Wow! Pretty powerful words.
Keep in mind, Christ is not talking about your co-worker who is making your Friday seem like Monday. He is actually talking about those who get in the way of someone coming to Christ. Are you guilty?
Who would ever stand in the way of someone coming to Christ? Maybe it's not done intentionally. Did you know the words and other things that come out of your mouth could be a stumbling block to another person?
People are constantly watching and listening to us. I pray we never become a stumbling block by what we say and what we do. I would hate to think someone said this about me, "If Mickey Bell is a Christian than so am I because I don't say those words he uses when he gets mad"
Prayer: "God, help us realize that people are always watching and listening to us. And the things we say and do could be used as a stumbling block for a lost person that needs to come to meet your Son. Help me not to get in the way of that today."

I love the song by the Rupes...Singing in the Rain...it says...when your mouth is full of praise then there is no room to complain!
And if there is no room to complain, then there should be enough Jesus coming out of our mouths that we can lead others to HIM...that is my heart's desire...Just give them Jesus!!!
Can't wait for the DNow weekend! We are prayed up!

My hearts desire is for others to see Jesus in me! I want my mouth to be so full of praise for HIM that others will want HIM!
